Resilience: managing stress at work

Wellbeing in the workplace makes sense commercially and ethically. In the right environment, problem solving and creativity can flourish, with employees feeling more fulfilled and positive.
Resilient teams are able to cope with and a bounce back from challenging events. They are more likely to build on the skills and capabilities within the team, collaborating with a creative, problem solving approach.

Tailored to the needs and challenges of your organisation, this experiential workshop is for a maximum of 12 people.

In the commercial world, my track record spans SMEs to global businesses in sectors as varied as professional services, engineering, transport, education and gardening.

I am also a trainee psychotherapist, working with clients experiencing a wide range of difficulties, and was a Listening Volunteer with Samaritans for six years.
