Few people are happy to think of themselves as judgemental or biased. But we all are.
Like it or not, we all bring bias and prejudice into every part of our lives, including the workplace. The problems arise when we don’t know it or are not prepared to even consider the possibility. When this happens our decision making capacity diminishes, as does our creativity and vitality.
Coming face-to-face with our own bias, acknowledging and shifting it can be a challenging, but ultimately, rewarding experience. By exploring the origins of your bias, this workshop will help participants do exactly that. It will begin the process of uncovering each individual participant’s rule book, before creating an outline plan for working productively with bias.
Tailored to the needs and challenges of your organisation, this experiential workshop is for a maximum of 12 people
